Jastec has all your fabricating needs covered with our expertise in bending, rolling, guillotining of sheet and welding of stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel. All products are custom made to your specifications to uniquely tailor to your needs. Our fabrication can range from a T-injector valve, water fan, 5 and 7 way converters on grain discharge plants, lobster backs, chute extension, fan cowls, mixing tanks and hoppers.
Our fabrication also extends to large projects including dragline support frames mounted above silos, processing plant chute extensions, bucket elevators, plant platforms and access ladders and cages, hoppers, pipework, feed bins, screw conveyors and augers. We also can provide installation of equipment as required.
Depending on the job specifications the products can be fabricated out of stainless steel, aluminium or mild steel, and powder coated, painted or galvanised to suit the work environment.
Cabinets
We build to order a broad range of custom made cabinets to your specifications. Our professional team has the skills to tailor to your needs with products all built to Australian Standards.
We also manufacture electrical cabinets with various doors, shelving and cupboards as required for the project. The cabinets can be manufactured as a complete unit or modular, so they can be joined to aid transport.
Utility Trays & Tool Boxes
Custom made and purpose built utility trays and tool boxes are an excellent finish to the tradesman’s vehicle. We manufacture tool boxes to suit your individual requirements and budget. There is no standard tool box with our variety of inclusions such as gas structs on doors, ‘T’ handled latches, tool shelves and retractable draws.
Tool boxes can be built as a removable or fixed item on the back of the utility, or as a custom made stationary unit for the garage. Tool box and utility tray finishes include checker plate, stainless steel or aluminium, zinconeal, or powder coated or painted to match your vehicle.
